Basileus William Burton and the brothers of Phi Upsilon Chapter of The Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. would like to welcome you to our website.  We are a graduate chapter composed of educated men that have come together to do the work of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc in Monmouth & Ocean Counties.  Our chapter currently oversees the undergraduate program at Monmouth University.
